I was commissioned to animate a roughly 60-second piece as part of a documentary being produced by Connecticut Public Television, Connecticut’s PBS station. The ask was to create something vintage and psychedelic (perhaps inspired by the work of Peter Max) to help visually explain the history and current situation of medicinal cannabis research as it relates to Parkinson’s disease in the United States. 

The project was very much a blank slate, and I handled all concepting, art direction, illustration, and animation from start to finish.

The documentary in full is due out in April 2020.
