In late 2020 I was asked by Bubba’s LA if I was up for a cool project with a ridiculous timeline. They were working on branding VICE TV’s new docuseries The Search For Q and the director had a vision for an animated sequence to kick off the second episode. 

I was given a loose script and some style inspiration and the ability to direct and illustrate it to my taste. The result was a breakneck 65-second deluge of sight and sense depicting, in a truncated and stylized manner, the history of the QAnon movement. The project was considered a success; after a screening of the clip at the network, it was decided to use it wholesale as a trailer for the series on social media.
